Agile Testers and Scrum team members

Key-Learning

  • Diversity and Inclusion will drive better results for agile testers, scrum teams, and ninja turtles.
  • Collaboration and teamwork are essential. Together Everyone Achieves More.
  • Hone your craft and master your skills to improve team performance.
  • Have fun!

What do 4 fictional teenaged anthropomorphic turtles, who practice the art of ninjutsu and live in the sewers of NYC, have to do with agile testing? Quite a lot.

Like scrum team members, each of the TMNT is a master of a specific tool and has skills unique to themselves among the team. This rich diversity of team members and turtles encourages collaboration and teamwork to get the job done.

The TMNT constantly use their ninja skills and aren't afraid to make mistakes on their road to mastering ninjutsu, just as agile testers constantly hone their craft and aren't afraid to fail fast, inspect, and adapt.

Join me as I tell a tale of "Heroes in a half shell" who can teach us valuable life lessons, while having fun.
