Anyone who wants to know how not to get a burnout
For 4 years I have been working as an Agile Tester, before the - for me - inevitable happened. I got struck down by a burn-out. It took me a year to recover from this burn-out, but I have learned a lot from it. Amongst which, how Agile environments increase the chance of people getting burnouts.
Now I’m finally ready to share my story. I want to share everything I have learned about burnouts: what it is, how it is triggered, how it was triggered for myself and what I could have done to protect myself.
