Helmut Pichler: “Testing is my passion!” has been in the IT for more than 25 years. Helmut already specialized in Testing many, many years ago and is now working in customer projects as a consultant and manager for Software Test & Quality Management.  In his spare time (you remember: “… passion…” ;-) ) he is president of the Austrian Testing Board .

Helmut has followed the Agile initiative since 2005 and established the first agile approaches in the System Development Standards of a large IT company. His focus is on practical, hands on experience in real life agile projects (his understanding for agile is here mainly flexible!).
Besides that he supports customer projects in establishing Testing as a real profession, also in Agile environments. Parallel to his project work Helmut develops also Agile workshops and training courses. Alessandro Collino

7+ years of experience in IT

Concerning the above activities, he has worked on all the phases of a complete classical product life cycle, ranging from specification to acceptance testing. In this respect, he has concentrated his efforts mainly on verification and validation activities (e.g. in avionics he has participated successfully in the certification of an embedded system for a real-time application, according to the DO-178B standard).
He works in Italy at ONION S.p.A. (www.onion.it) and collaborates closely with Dr. Gualtiero Bazzana (CEO of Onion S.p.A. and founder of ITA-SQTB) for important initiatives in software testing.

Alessandro is also active as speaker at software conferences, as program committee member of important conferences, as author for testing magazines, and is very much involved in the Agile community.

Dmitry Lebedev

Since age of 13 programming is Dmitry’s greatest passion. During his career, he was working as developer, tester, team lead and development manager, and still, after 15 years he enjoys of writing a code. During his spare time he develops communities for other software developers: Agile Latvia & Latvian Developers Network, and organizes conferences.

Anko Tijman

Anko Tijman is principal consultant on Agile testing at Ordina. He has more than 13 years experience in software testing and holds ISEB Practitioner and TMap certificates. Anko is involved in agile testing since 2001. He is a ScrumMaster. In Nov 2008 he published his second book on Agile testing on the Dutch market (‘Testing 2.0’). He was speaker at TestNet, EuroSTAR, AgileTD09 and AgileTD10 and other agile conferences. He is considered the thoughtleader on agile testing in the Netherlands.

As an experienced tester with a rich project portfolio and a strong theoretical backup, Radek trains testers and prepares them for certified examinations, as much as supports many IT projects. Having worked as a Test Manager in some international corporations, he frequently conveyed his knowledge into the fields of practical testing. My name is Andrey Rebrov. I’m 25 and I have big plans on my future life.

I’ve started as software developer in Magenta Technology – big British software company specialized on enterprise java solutions and I’ve worked here for more than 3 years. Then I’ve moved to Moscow to famous outstuffing company Luxoft as senior java developer and scrum master in UBS& And now I’m working as agile engineering coach in ScrumTrek, Russia.

As an engineering coach I help team with learning and adopting XP practice, as TDD or test automation. In the other hand I’m trying to facilitate them to learn. Big part of my job is building Russian Software Craftsmanship Community bit.ly/codecrafting.

At my work I also use innovation and agile games and at the moment I’m working on innovation games popularization in Russia and Russian communities.

Alexander Tarnowski

Alexander Tarnowski is a developer, who’s passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and testing. He has more than a decade of experience in software development, while having worked in related fields such as architecture, project management, and naturally testing. Over the past few years, he has been working with various aspects of test automation and activities that nowadays are grouped under the umbrella of continuous delivery.

He runs a book review site and has appeared on a couple of Swedish and international conferences.

Victor Malyi

software testing engineer that founded QA Dnepr Community (dnepr.qacommunity.com.ua) – one of the biggest and most active communities of software testers in Ukraine. I’m also was the founder of ISTQB exam preparation courses – ISTQB.IN.UA – and gave lectures on test design there. Organizing and holding the first software testing conference in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine is also among my achievements as a community member.

Being agile tester I have specialization in test analysis and design domains and currently is actively developing programming skills in order to be more valuable in multifunctional agile teams.
